Data collected through the contact form

When you fill in the contact form, we collect the following data:

This data is collected solely in order to answer your enquiry and is not used for any other purpose.

Use of Google Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to measure site traffic and improve your user experience.

Google Analytics collects data such as:

• The pages visited and the time spent on them

Purposes of processing

• Answering your enquiries — the contact form data (name, email address, telephone number, content of your message) is used solely to handle your enquiry and get back to you. Legal basis: your consent and the pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Measuring site traffic — the data collected via Google Analytics is used to understand how the site is visited and to improve its content and navigation. Legal basis: your consent, obtained through the cookie management banner.
• Keeping the site running and secure — certain technical cookies are necessary to display the pages, record your consent preferences and protect the forms against spam. Legal basis: HOLISTICOM’s legitimate interest in providing a functional and secure site.

Your data is not used for marketing, profiling or any automated decision-making.

Retention period

• Contact form data is kept for a maximum of 12 months after the last exchange.
• Data collected via Google Analytics is kept for 14 months, in line with the settings defined in our Analytics account.

Who receives your data

• Your data is never sold. It is accessible only:
