Use of the holisticom.fr site implies full and unreserved acceptance of the general terms of use set out below. These terms of use may be amended or supplemented at any time, and users of the holisticom.fr site are therefore invited to consult them regularly.
This site is normally accessible to users at all times. Adeline POULET may however decide to interrupt it for technical maintenance, in which case she will endeavour to inform users beforehand of the dates and times of the work.

HOLISTICOM owns the intellectual property rights, or holds the rights of use, over all the items accessible on the site, in particular the text, images, graphics, logo and videos.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the items on the site, by whatever means or process, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Adeline POULET.
Any unauthorised use of the site or of any of the items it contains will be deemed to constitute infringement and will be prosecuted in accordance with articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
6. Limitations of liability.
Adeline POULET cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the www.holisticom.fr site, resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications set out in point 4, or from the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.
Nor can Adeline POULET be held liable for indirect damage (such as loss of business or loss of opportunity) arising from use of the holisticom.fr
site. Interactive areas (the possibility of asking questions in the contact area) are available to users. HOLISTICOM reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content posted in that area that contravenes the legislation applicable in France, in particular the provisions on data protection. 7. Management of personal data.
In France, personal data is protected in particular by Act no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Act no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the French Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
When the holisticom.fr site is used, the following may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the holisticom.fr site, the user's internet service provider, and the user's Internet Protocol (IP) address.
